  1. We never forget that our jobsite is your home and should always be treated as such
  2. Our presence in your home is an inconvenience, so all projects, no matter how small, should be well thought out and completed as expediently as possible.
  3. My price for the work contracted is my price. It is not my policy to add extras as I go along. That being said, issues arise, defects can be uncovered, or the best of plans may not work out as envisioned. These need to be brought to your attention so that you have all the information you need to make the best decision. And if it affects the bid, we will work it out.
  4. No matter what I think, the job is never complete until you are satisfied.
  5. And finally, I promise to work as hard for your money as you do. Should it be any other way?

The BMK Story

BMK Interiors is a small family-ran business with 20+ years experience in all aspects of home construction, repair, and applicable codes. For the last ten years I have worked as BMK Contracting doing complete home repairs and rehabs.

However, with the intent to focus more on interior remodels and makeovers I have changed the company name and hired my son full time as a painter. He has a degree in graphic design and is a talented artist in his own right. (You can view some of his work at minimurals.com).

With few exceptions all work is done by one or the other of us. With that being the case, I can only take on one large project at a time. We are fully insured and guarantee all labor performed. I look forward to gaining your business and trust.
